DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

This contract has been drawn up electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products or services ordered electronically by the buyer.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence are authorized for any disputes that may arise from this contract.
